I thinly sliced 2 ribeyes, place in freezer for 30 min before slicing, I seasoned these with @pappysfinefoods prime rib rub. Diced onion and cooked it down till translucent, then add ribeye and cook down, give it about 3 min then add onion back. Separate into 3 equal parts and add provolone cheese. Toast your buns with garlic butter. Enjoy.
