We’re in the kitchen of @FitwaffleKitchen founder Eloise Head as she makes delicious, gooey, chocolate chip cookie dough bars from her book ‘Fitwaffle’s Baking It Easy’.
With a soft, melty centre and crisp outer crumb, these indulgent cookie dough bars can be topped with a sprinkling of sea salt flakes for a sweet and salty contrast. If milk chocolate isn’t your thing, swap in some dark or white chocolate chips instead.
As part of our At Home series, we’re welcoming some special guests to our channel from their home kitchens. In each episode they’ll share the recipes they love to cook, what inspires them and their favourite ingredients.
