Donald Trump has announced he will impose an emergency 25 per cent tariff on Colombian goods entering the United States.
The decision comes after the country’s reported refusal to accept two US military flights which were carrying deported migrants.
The US president warned he would raise the tariff to 50 per cent within one week and would impose emergency treasury banking and financial sanctions on Colombia.
