The Macedonian tradition, embedded in a story, a song, a feeling. The Barcelona Gipsy balKan Orchestra encounters an eternal melody whose subliminal beauty has marked entire generations.

The old saying says:
“If you go to Bosnia you shouldn’t sing, if you go to Serbia you shouldn’t dance, and if you go to Macedonia you shouldn’t do either.”

A new view for an old love, bringing the signature of the orchestra situated in the city of Gaudí.

Inspired by nature and the energy of a unique concert, BGKO united three countries in a powerful interpretation. Two sides of lake Skadar (Shköder) through the eyes of the Macedonian falcon.

Tradicija Makedonije sažeta u jednu priču, u jednu pesmu, u jednu emociju. Susret BGKO sa večnom melodijom čija je težina kroz vekove obeležila generacije…

Stara izreka kaže “Kroz Bosnu,ne pevaj,kroz Srbiju ne igraj, a kroz Makedoniju niti igraj niti pevaj”…

A ipak, jedan novi pogled na staru ljubav, karakteristika orkestra usidrenog u Gaudijevom gradu.
Inspirisani prirodom kojom su bili okruženi i koncertom čija je energija ostala za pamćenje, BGKO vezuje tri balkanske zemlje u jednu priču – dve strane jezera Skadar kroz prizmu makedonskog sokola…

El encuentro de la Barcelona Gipsy balKan Orchestra con la melodía eterna, cuyo peso en los siglos ha marcado generaciones enteras.

Según el viejo dicho:
“En Bosnia no cantes, en Serbia no bailes y en Macedonia, ni cantes ni bailes”…

Una nueva mirada a un viejo amor, algo caracteristico de la orquesta situada en la ciudad de Gaudí.

Inspirados por la naturaleza y la energía de un concierto para recordar, BGKO une tres países en una sola obra – los dos lados del lago Skadar (Shköder) a través de los ojos del halcón macedonio.
