Season your steak with salt, black pepper and garlic, place in oven at 250 degrees, set your @meatermade to 110 degrees. Remove once it hits 110 and let rest while your cast iron comes up to temp. Add a bit of avocado oil and sear for about 1.5 min per side. Once you flip it the first time add butter and garlic cloves. Remove steak once they hit 120 degrees and let rest for 5 min before slicing.

8 Yukon gold potatoes
1/4 cup milk
1.5 cups shredded cheese
6 tbsp butter
Salt and pepper to taste
Green onions to garnish
