European Union diplomats have agreed to add Roman Abramovich to the EU list of Russian billionaires sanctioned following Moscow’s invasion of Ukraine, according to two sources.

Chief Reporter Kaveh Solhekol spoke about this latest update and some more information about some of the potential new owners of Chelsea, as any interested parties have until Friday to prepare a bid for the club.
