But visiting Norway and tasting our seafood at its freshest is a whole other experience. You could go to a restaurant in one of the many coastal towns, visit a Norwegian seafood market, or even better – catch your own meal, just like Jendrik. Norway’s coastline is one of the world’s longest, and if you could stretch it out, it would be longer than the equator. In other words, it’s easy to find yourself a fishing spot.
