Ingredients for this Recipe
Meat of your choice 1 and 1/2 kg
Ginger around 2 inches
Garlic 1 bulb (if small use 2)
Mustard oil 1/2 cup
Chilli flakes 1Tbs
Chilli powder 1Tbs
Fenugreek seeds 1&1/2 Tbs
5 each cardamoms and cloves
2 star anise
1/2 nutmeg grated
Salt for taste
5Tbs of vinegar
Masalas:-
2Tbs cumin seeds
2 Tbs fennel seeds
1 Tbs coriander seeds
1Tbs mustard seeds
1Tbs black pepper
1Tbs Sichuan pepper
