We are back with a new recipe of Namkeen/Nimki recipe. The recipe of namkeen snacks is quite popular in Nepal and India. Dalmoth, samosa, puri, namkeen all these delicious snacks are served during tea time. Namkeen is a deep fried recipe which is crispy and can be stored in the air tight container for a month.

Here is the complete list of the ingredients:
All purpose flour 300 gm
Oil/Ghee 2 tbsp
1 tsp Carrom seeds
1 tsp Nigella
Salt as per taste
Water as necessary (150 ml)
1 Liter Oil to fry
