Love the space on the #primoceramicgrills it allows me to cook up a feast. I set up a two zone cooking, one cooler and one hot, start of my searing your pork chops on the hot side, once you get the char you like, move them indirectly to finish cooking at 145 internal temperature. The salsa was so delicious, if your into garlic give it a go. To make the volcanes, melt cheese on top of a tortilla, add slices of pork and top off with salsa.

6 garlic cloves
6 guahillo dried chiles
2 tbsp apple cider vinegar
1 tbsp mayo
2 tbsp olive oil
Salt to taste
