Salt, to taste

4 slices lemon
3 slices thumb-sized ginger
Set B:
2 tablespoons canola oil
1 stalk onion leeks, chopped
1 piece thumb-sized ginger,cut into strips
Set C:
4 tablespoons soy sauce
1 teaspoon rice wine or vinegar
1 teaspoon sugar
Salt and black pepper, to taste
