I actually made this dress at the very beginning of the pandemic back in April! I was DYING for an outlet, and I posted this on tiktok and it blew up. I loved this fabric, and knew what I had wanted to do the minute I saw it!
I know quite a few people comment on the simplicity of my garments, and yes, some of them are, but now that this content is my full time job, I have to make quite a bit, so I want to make sure my garments are made beautifully, and sewn professionally. Sometimes I can’t be as innovative as I like because time isn’t always on my side. That being said, I am going to start taking time to create for myself again, push boundaries, make clothing that isn’t so universally liked, but more thought provoking, innovative, and “Gunnar.”
