This ghost story revolves entirely around a tenant. In the morning, an old man comes to the main character’s house to find a house to rent, as the main character has informed the local shopkeepers about his house rental. After a while, the main character agrees. Meanwhile, the main character’s wife Urmila is always arguing with him. Urmila can’t stand the main character at all. Then the story takes a different turn when two ghosts enter the main character’s house in the guise of tenants and they tell how they had to die for his wife Urmila.
