This recipe makes 8 mini ice creams.
Ingredients:
1 cup heavy whipped cream
1/2 cup dark chocolate chip
1/4 cup condensed milk
For decorating I used
1 cup chocolate chip
1 tsp olive oil
Let ice cream freeze completely before removing from the mold. Usually takes 6+ hours in the freezer.
If you add olive oil (or other oil) to chocolate it will be more loose and easier to control. It will give you thinner chocolate shell. Easier to dip the ice cream. 🙌🏻
