I wanted to give a brand new approach to Alice in wonderland….. a Gunnar does Alice meets High Fashion, ha!
I used 18 yards of this super soft tulle netting, and this dress took almost 5 days to create! I wanted to accentuate the proportions, and really play around with fabric manipulation. I hadn’t started using a shirring/gathering foot when I began this video, so I hand gathered all of these mini ruffles! This is one of my favorite techniques, and seems to be a crowd pleaser amongst my clients!
