Smartmatic just got a lot closer to taking ONE BILLION DOLLARS off of Fox Corp and the Murdoch family in their defamation case pending in New York courts, with a NY Appellate Court refusing to dismiss the case against Fox Corp, because as alleged, it controls Fox News and what its on air personalities say. Popok reports on this case which he predicts will settle but won’t settle for less than the $788 million that Fox paid Dominion Voting for virtually the same case and evidence.
