The Palisades Fire flared up Friday night, heading east toward the 405 Freeway and the Encino area. More evacuation orders have been issued.
California fires have wreaked havoc on Los Angeles as crews battled several massive blazes, including the Palisades Fire, Eaton Fire, Hurst Fire, Kenneth Fire, Sunset Fire, Lidia Fire and Woodley Fire. Areas impacted included the Pacific Palisades, Altadena, Pasadena, Sylmar, Encino, Brentwood, Santa Monica, Hollywood Hills, West Hills, Acton and parts of Ventura County.
