Gaspar Fernandes, chef and owner of restaurant Gaspar’s in Vilnius, Lithuania, goes on a chef’s night out with some of his friends that he met through the restaurant. He takes them across town, as they feast on everything from Lithuanian classics such as beetroot soup to modern Lithuanian fusion cooking, to the best Italian in town and to cocktails and oyster-infused Guinness shots. Gaspar knows how to spice things up, including this introduction to Vilnius.
